Rhine!Romanticism?

RHEIN!ROMANTIK? is more than just an exhibition concept - it is an interactive art project that presents the romance of the Rhine in all its diversity and depth. Changing exhibits will be presented in different exhibition venues until 2029.

The project was launched in 2019 by regional artists from the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. It deals with both historical and contemporary Romanticism on the Rhine.

The aim is to illuminate the many facets of Romanticism and to reflect its significance for today.



In October 2025 we will be showing a small selection of these exhibits in our Burg Bistro.

In addition, readings will take place on the following Saturdays.
