Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (email, letter).
Individual Guest:
a) In the event of non-utilization of the contractual services, the individual guest is obligated to pay:
80% of the agreed price for the duration of the reservation for accommodation including breakfast
70% of the agreed price for the duration of the reservation for half board. The hotel is obliged, in good faith, to rent out unused rooms to avoid losses. Cancellations up to 20 days before arrival are free of charge.
Groups:
b) For group reservations of 4 rooms or more, the following cancellation and rebooking deadlines apply:
Up to 56 days before arrival = free cancellation
Up to 42 days before arrival = payment of 50% of the agreed price. If canceled later than four weeks before arrival or if the number of participants decreases by more than 10% according to the agreement, the organizer pays 80% of the agreed price for the missing number of participants, provided that the respective rooms cannot be rented out to other guests. In addition, any special costs incurred by the hotel due to the reservation must be fully reimbursed by the organizer.
